A practical elearning platform

OIM -3 RCU and Weblogic using Custom JDK

Practical Steps :

2) RCU 11.1.1.9 #sys/Oracle123

pre-requisite : DB and Listener must be up and running.

What is a Database Schema : A DB schema is a DB user, which is collection of DB objects(table, SP, triggers, packages…).

#xhost +
# su – weblogic
$ cd /stage/rcu_11.1.1.9/rcuHome/bin
$ ./rcu

=> Provide the DB connectivity details
=> Select required components
OID/OVD/ODSM : ODS – Subschema(ODSSM)
OIM : DEV_OIM, DEV_MDS, DEV_OPSS, DEV_BIPLATFORM, DEV_SOAINFRA, DEV_ORASDPM

If RCU fails for OIM pre-requisites.
$su – oracle
$. oraenv
OIMDB12c
cd /u01/app/oracle/product/12.1.0.2/dbhome_1/rdbms/admin
ls xaview.sql
sqlplus ‘/as sysdba’
SQLPLUS> @xaview.sql

Checkpoint : DB is now ready with all schemas for integration with OIM/SOA/BI/OID/OVD/ODSM etc.

3) Weblogic 10.3.6(wls1036_generic.jar – 2 JDK (SunJDK and JrockitJDK – 32 bit JDK, max 4 GB JVM Heap))
using Custom 64bit (SunJDK or JRockitJDK) JDK 1.7 update 80+ (upto 32GB of JVM Heap Size)

#xhost +
#su – weblogic
$cd /stage
export JAVA_HOME=/stage/jdk1.7.0_80/
export PATH=$JAVA_HOME/bin:$PATH

java -version

which java

java -jar wls1036_generic.jar
